Hopefully the following answers to some frequently asked questions will help:
Yes, of course. Click on the link below or on the home page to arrange your FREE 15 minute chat. This will give you a sense of who I am and help you decide whether I am the right coach for you. After all nobody is everyone’s cup of tea. You may have tried others without success. Now it is time to try working with me.
The number of sessions depends on your needs, and what you wish to achieve. Usually clients begin with one session each week to get started. Then, as they start to feel the benefits, see the results, and know they are moving closer towards their goals, they may need to see me on alternate weeks, once a month and so on.
To see and experience a significant change I recommend clients go ahead and block book 10 sessions. In doing so they receive a helpful 20 % discount (2 FREE sessions).
Sometimes, and if appropriate, there will be some work for you to do. This is because some techniques/strategies may need to be trialled and put into place in between sessions to help you progress. This will bring you a sense of achievement and help us to track your progress resulting in positivity and self-empowerment for you.
Remember, coaching is a two way session and we will be continually working together. I will suggest and provide the tools, though inevitably it’s up to you if you want to use them and get the results you desire.
The first session includes a FREE 15-minute consultation. Thereafter, each session will last for an hour. In this time we will identify your problems/limited beliefs and work through different techniques and strategies to help you move forward. We will focus on your desired outcomes and results rather than going back into your history. In the long term your history may be addressed to shed any deeply engrained limiting beliefs but our main aim is to move you forward and focus on achievement. You will communicate your goals/desires and I will help you to achieve them.
**Please note that Skype or phone sessions will need to be booked over the phone or via email and paid for in advance of the coaching session**
Yes. If sessions are not cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice the full charge rate will be taken.
One to one coaching will take place in my office at GymWorks, 1 Pittman Way, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 9ZD. Please note that you do not need to walk through the gym. Simply walk through the gate, turn left and climb the stairs to my private office. The changing rooms are on the same route.
**Please note; I also offer Skype or phone sessions for clients who are not mobile or able to visit in person. These sessions will need to be booked over the phone or via email and paid for in advance of the coaching session**
In therapy there is usually a lot of discussion based upon the past. I will focus on where you are now, where you want to be in the future and how I can help to get you there. Yes, we may need to address the past to understand why you have your current problem. However we certainly won’t be staying there. My work is all about helping you to move forward with positive intentions.
